Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern the use of services provided by Veilcrest ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Bogosi Kgaladi, based in Pretoria, South Africa, to any client ("you," "the client") who engages our services.

1. Services

Veilcrest designs, builds, and maintains client acquisition, retention, and premium web presence systems for service businesses, including but not limited to conversion-focused websites and the automation of client follow-up and reactivation ("the Services").

2. Fees and Payment

• Services are billed as a once-off setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer, as agreed with each client before work begins.
• All payments are processed securely through PayFast. Veilcrest does not store your card or banking details.
• The setup fee is due before work commences. The monthly retainer is billed in advance for each coming month.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information (services, pricing, hours, FAQs) needed to build and maintain your system, and to respond to reasonable requests for information required to deliver the Services.

4. Service Limitations

Veilcrest's systems rely on third-party platforms, including website hosting, automation, and AI providers. We do not control, and are not liable for, downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the ongoing monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice (email is sufficient). No refund is issued for the current billing month once it has begun. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full detail.

6. Limitation of Liability

Veilcrest provides its Services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or missed bookings arising from system downtime or third-party platform issues.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
