Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Setup Fees

The once-off setup fee covers the time and work required to build and deploy your system. Because work begins immediately on payment, setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.

2. Monthly Retainer

• The monthly retainer is billed in advance and covers hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support for that month.
• You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days' written notice to bogosi@veilcrest.com.
• No partial-month refunds are issued if you cancel partway through a billing period — your system remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

3. What Happens on Cancellation

Once your final paid period ends, your system will be deactivated. Any business data you provided during onboarding can be deleted on request.

4. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at bogosi@veilcrest.com within 14 days of the charge so we can investigate.
